  • The Spirit of Poland as part of MADE @ DW! São Paulo Design Weekend

    As a result of collaboration with MADE, which is the Brazilian design promotion forum, The Spirit of Poland will present in São Paulo products from over a dozen Polish brands. The aim of the exhibition is showcasing Polish material culture, its history and contemporary development.

    MADE gathers in itself a concept, whose worldwide recognition better tells the story: an attitude that comes from an action. With the same purpose in mind, MADE’s founders and a passionate group of designers, architects, enthusiasts, collectors and gallery owners have come together to create a multifaceted platform that supports not only design – from vintage to contemporary – but also other converging areas such as art, photography, graphic projects and much more.

  • The Spirit of Poland exhibition at the DW! São Paulo Design Weekend

    The sixth edition of The Spirit of Poland exhibition will start on the 14th August, presenting over a dozen of Polish design brands in Brazil. The products shown at the exhibition will show the Brazilian audience Polish material culture, its history and nowadays development.

    The Spirit of Poland is an initiative, which aims at promoting the potential of Polish design abroad. The first in a series of this year’s exhibitions, organised in cooperation with Culture.pl, will start on the 14th August in São Paulo as part of a rich programme of DW! São Paulo Design Weekend.

  • Polish design representation in Brazil

    We just completed the Open Call and know who will represent Polish design in Brazil this year. Thank you so much for all the applications!

    During the sixth edition of The Spirit of Poland, over a dozen of brands will represent Polish design in Brazil. As a result of collaboration with Culture.pl, in 2014 The Spirit of Poland will organize two exhibitions. The first one will be presented during DW! São Paulo Design Weekend. The second one – at the National Museum in Brasilia, in November. read more
