The purpose of the Silesian Design Cluster is to increase the economic competitiveness of the region by exploiting the potential of knowledge and innovation, which are characteristic for today’s design.

Marta Siembab, the only senselier in Poland is an independent smell expert. Her fields of olfactory expertise and consultancy range from business, image and PR, events and entertainment, art, therapy, education, to product and service design. She cooperates with global brands (Dior, Sephora, Estēe Lauder, L’Oréal, Procter and Gamble, Unilever), as well as local businesses, start-ups, artists and designers. Marta Siembab is the pioneer of designing space with scent. In cooperation with Brandburg, she created the first sense branding workshops in Poland.

Maciej Kawecki, artist and designer, owner of Brandburg Creative Studio. Author of innovative branding projects. In his work he combines strategic thinking (Service Design) with graphics. Actively involved in promoting Polish design, art and social events, speeding up start-up initiatives and sharing creative ideas through innovative branding. As a designer, Maciej Kawecki overlaps up-to-date trends with emotions and senses. Co-author of Poland’s first sense branding workshops.
